Where ReadySet is the better fit
Surveillance cohorts and respirator fit testing ship in carefoundryESC today, and membership is derived rather than assigned: an employee joins the respiratory program because their department, job title or work site matches its rules, and their enrollment closes with a date when they transfer out. Nobody maintains a cohort by hand. Hearing conservation captures baseline and annual audiograms with the Standard Threshold Shift worked out on save. Two things ReadySet does that we do not: spirometry capture and HL7 lab-result integration. If your program depends on either right now, say so on the call and we will tell you straight whether we are a fit, and if you are standardizing on the broader Cority Health Cloud, that is a platform decision rather than a product one.
Where carefoundryESC is the better fit
- Pricing you can see before a sales call. ReadySet is quote-only, scaling with locations, users, employee volume, and modules. Our prices are published: four plans sized by headcount, from $5,000/year to $25,000/year. All modules, unlimited users, in every one.
- Mobile. No dedicated native ReadySet mobile app could be confirmed from public sources as of July 2026, a feature its reviewers have explicitly wished for. The carefoundryESC portal is mobile-responsive on any device.
- OSHA log depth. ReadySet's public materials do not confirm the depth of its OSHA 300/300A/301 recordkeeping, third-party profiles list it as partial or unclear (July 2026). OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 filings are core shipped features of carefoundryESC.
- Reporting. Reviewer-reported on FindEMR (profile as of July 2026): ReadySet's "reporting tools are very basic and lack depth as compared to other EHRs in the market." carefoundryESC ships 50+ built-in reports.
- Migration. Included at every size, with a dry-run and rollback window, typically complete inside 14 days.

Data migration is included on every plan: employees, incidents, immunizations, exams, credentials, and documents, typically within 14 days. An import can be undone in full until anyone records anything against an imported employee. Live within 30 days of kickoff, or we credit one month's fee.
