Where ReadySet is the better fit
Surveillance cohorts and respirator fit testing ship in carefoundryESC today, and membership is derived rather than assigned: an employee joins the respiratory program because their department, job title or work site matches its rules, and their enrollment closes with a date when they transfer out. Nobody maintains a cohort by hand. Hearing conservation captures baseline and annual audiograms with the Standard Threshold Shift worked out on save. Two things ReadySet does that we do not: spirometry capture and HL7 lab-result integration. If your program depends on either right now, say so on the call and we will tell you straight whether we are a fit, and if you are standardizing on the broader Cority Health Cloud, that is a platform decision rather than a product one.
