A Net Health Employee Health (Agility) alternative
Net Health Employee Health — formerly branded Agility — comes from a 30-year specialty-EHR company with real heritage in occupational medicine and hospital employee health. Here is how carefoundryESC compares, with sources for every claim. Where Net Health's public materials don't document a capability, we say "not publicly documented" rather than assuming it's absent.

Where Net Health is the better fit
Net Health's occupational-medicine product line has a genuine strength carefoundryESC does not chase: billing and revenue-cycle management for occ-med clinics that treat outside employers. It also offers documented multiple-exposure outbreak tracking — one file that auto-updates all exposed employee records — and mobile immunization tracking that submits to state registries. If you run an occupational-medicine clinic that bills employer clients, Net Health's clinic/billing heritage is the better match.
Where carefoundryESC is the better fit
- A product that is the company's focus. In thirteen months of Net Health press releases (June 2025–July 2026), every acquisition, AI launch, and platform investment concerned rehab therapy and wound care — none concerned Employee Health or Occupational Medicine. carefoundryESC is only an employee health platform for healthcare.
- Documented OSHA and titer support. Net Health's public materials mention "OSHA forms to export" but do not document 300/300A/301 specifics, and no official page documenting titer tracking could be found (July 2026). Both are core, documented, shipped features of carefoundryESC.
- Published pricing. Net Health's own pricing page lists prices only for its rehab products — Employee Health has no published pricing at all. Our tiers are public: $6,000–$24,000/yr.
- Native mobile. Net Health's "Mobile Immunization Tracking" is, in its own press release, a "web-based... application" — no native Employee Health app could be found on the App Store or Google Play as of July 2026.
- Modern AI direction. Net Health's AI scribe (Tali.ai) is integrated into its rehab and wound products, not Employee Health. carefoundryESC's advisory AI (human-confirmed, audit-logged) is on the published roadmap.
Switching is the easy part.
Data migration is free on every annual plan — employees, incidents, immunizations, exams, and documents, typically inside 14 days with a 48-hour rollback window. Go live in 30 days or your first month is free, written into the contract.
