An Enterprise Health (MIE) alternative
Enterprise Health, by Medical Informatics Engineering, is built on an ONC-certified EHR and sells on interoperability. FHIR, HL7, device and registry interfaces. That matters if your occupational health program has to behave like a clinical system inside a wider health IT estate. It is not what most employee health departments are buying. Where Enterprise Health is the better fit
Global enterprises and health systems that need certified-EHR foundations, deep lab/device/registry integrations, and onsite-clinic workflows across countries are Enterprise Health's home turf, its customers include Fortune-scale employers and government agencies, and its Wolters Kluwer partnership (July 2025) embeds it in enterprise EHS deals. If those are your requirements, carefoundryESC is not trying to win that RFP.

- Self-serve reporting and forms. Reviewer-reported on G2 (2025): promised customizations were "tabled indefinitely," and teams "have to reach out to Enterprise Health for some of their reporting needs." - Right-sized for hospital employee health. For balance: Enterprise Health's review base is small (roughly a dozen G2 reviews as of July 2026), and its out-of-box dashboards draw consistent praise. The reporting complaints above concern custom work specifically.
